In providing legal services to clients, our attorneys will receive important personal and financial information directly from the client or from persons or entities authorized by the client to furnish same. Any such information will be held in strict confidence and will not be divulged to anyone outside of Nicholson Phillips unless so permitted by the client or required by the law.

In addition, while only some of the firm's partners and attorneys are members of the Jamaican Bar Association all are governed by the Canons of Professional Ethics prescribed by the General Legal Council.

The partners are either members of the Law Society of Upper Canada or the Law Society of England and Wales, and are governed by their corresponding Professional Rules of Conduct and Ethical Standards
